Boohoo Nando's

I'm about to write my first EVER bad review on Nando's. Yes you heard (or read) me right. After months of being closed since Gonu, everyone was so excited that it'd opened up again. So my girlfriends and I decided we'd meet up for lunch at 2pm. I was first to get there (at 2.05pm) and had to wait 15 mins before the next 2 showed up. In those 10 mins I was asked twice if I was ready to order cuz apparantly the last order's taken at 2.30pm and the restaurant closes at 3pm. So anyway we all ordered at 2.25pm and our food was ready within 15 mins. No complaints on the food itself. The only annoying thing was how the waitress kept buzzing over our heads from around 2.50pm. Until 3pm she had come around to ask us twice whether there was anything else we wanted. Then she was just busying herself sweeping the floor while we were still eating! When we finally asked for the bill it was on our table within 3 seconds cuz she'd had it ready for God knows how long. I insisted we shouldn't leave her a tip cuz I really didn't enjoy my less-than-an-hour outing with the girls but lucky for her we didn't have exact change and really couldn't be bothered to wait around til she got us our change back.

Now I understand that the situation with the inconvenient opening hours is just temporary but I was still very annoyed. If they aren't ready to operate like they used to then they should've waited. I mean we've waited 6 months, what's another few weeks! Anyway only because I am a die hard fan of Nando's that I won't completely blacklist it. But until they're in full operation, I won't be paying them another visit.
